Cakes are more fun if decorated with icing or frosting. More, more fun still if colors are infused into the frosting.
These cakes are simple mocha cakes (ingredients include cocoa powder and black coffee). Frosting combines cream with black coffee and confectioner sugar. Add a dash of color for the fun part of decorating the cakes.
Life musings: A person's beauty should be inside and out. The outside packaging may be a play of colors and delectable presentation but the taste of what is within must also be just as good otherwise, even the external would lose its appeal. A lady who is known for her beauty and spiffy outfits was admired by many. Yet at one point she was heard berating a subordinate in front of many and those who witnessed could not help but comment that suddenly she no longer looked beautiful in their eyes.
